Effective 20 August 2026 · Version 1.0
This policy explains who we are, what personal information HORIZONE SERVICES INC collects, why we process it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It applies to this website and to personal information we handle when providing our services.
HORIZONE SERVICES INC (“Horizone”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its principal office at 1938 E Harney St, Laramie, WY 82072. For any question about this policy or about how we handle personal information, contact us at info@horizonesrvs.com or by post at the address above.
For personal information collected through this website and in the course of our own business (enquiries, marketing, contracting), Horizone is the data controller. When we operate reliability services on behalf of a client, personal information contained in that client’s systems is processed on the client’s instructions, and the client is the controller while Horizone acts as a processor under a separate data-processing agreement.
When you use the contact form, email us, or enter into an engagement, we collect the information you provide: your name, the company you represent, your business email address and any telephone number, and the content of your message or enquiry, including details you choose to share about your infrastructure, tooling and on-call arrangements.
When you visit the website, our hosting provider records standard technical information needed to deliver and secure the site: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time of access. This is held in server and security logs.
While providing monitoring, alerting, incident response, on-call and reporting services, we may access operational data in a client’s systems that can include limited personal information — for example the names and contact details of a client’s engineers in on-call rotations and escalation paths, and identifiers appearing in logs, alerts and incident records. We access this only as needed to perform the service and under the client’s instructions.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of data (such as health, biometric or political data), and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. The website is intended for business users, not for children.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have weighed those interests against your rights and freedoms. You can object to this processing as described under “Your rights” below.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising or profiling. We share personal information only where necessary, with:
Horizone is based in the United States and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where personal information protected under the laws of another jurisdiction (for example the EU or UK GDPR) is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism. You may request a copy of the safeguards used by contacting us.
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Records relating to an engagement are kept for the duration of the contract and for up to 7 years afterwards where needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Website security and server logs are kept for a short rolling period, typically up to 12 months. Operational data we process for a client is retained and deleted according to the client’s instructions and our data-processing agreement.
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls on a need-to-know basis, encryption of data in transit, segregation of client environments, logging and monitoring, and staff obligations of confidentiality. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information and the law requires it, we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you; to have inaccurate information corrected; to have information erased; to restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing; to data portability; and, where we rely on consent, to withdraw that consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used and disclosed, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
To exercise any right, write to info@horizonesrvs.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law, normally within 30 days. Where your information relates to a service we run for a client, we will refer your request to that client as the controller and support them in answering it.
The website’s use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie policy.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date and version above, and, where changes are significant, take reasonable steps to notify you. Please review it periodically.
